There is parking for up to 5 cars in the driveway.  Property management and owner are not responsible for any damage done by golf balls from the fairway.  

Security deposit requires a credit card hold of $500 and the credit card hold is then released within 72 hours of checkout, after inspection.  

Children and infants are allowed.  The home has a pak n play portable sleeping crib for infants.  

24 hours prior to arrival, guest will receive code for electronic lock (located on back door) and gate code for community gate.  

The home and yard are suitable for children.  The second floor balcony is open to below, so all children should be supervised when on the second floor.  

Guests are able to reach out to the property manager / host at anytime during the reservation through their booking platform or via text messaging.  

Well appointed kitchen includes everything you need to make meals, baked goods, etc.  Kitchen contains both a drip and Keurig coffee maker and a kettle.  Toaster oven and everyday spices are also included in the furnishings.

Location is wooded & peaceful, yet close to all the stores, restaurants, marinas and skiing!

Indoor hot tub located  on the back deck overlooking the privacy of a wooded lot, under the bright mountain stars.

Absolutely no smoking of any kind on the property.  There is a fine for any evidence of smoking and guest will be charged for the cleaning costs related to remediation (minimum of $750).

Free, fast WiFi.  All rooms are equipped with Roku Smart tv's and you can access your favorite subscription based television providers (Amazon, Netflix, Hulu, etc).  

On the 11th hole of Lodestone golf course, surrounded by nature and close to everything in McHenry!
