There is parking for up to 5 cars in the driveway. Property management and owner are not responsible for any damage done by golf balls from the fairway.

Located in the heart of the Deep Creek Lake area on Wisp Mountain. Community is gated and codes will be provide prior to arrival to guests.

Minimum age limit for renters: 25

Must be 25 years of age or older to rent this home.

House Rules

Guest will be required to sign rental agreement for their reservation and to put a security deposit "hold" on file with their credit card.

Only pre-approved dogs (max 2) with non-refundable pet fee of $50/day per dog at Slippery Slope Cabin. No other animals permitted.

Minimum rental age is 27.

Absolutely NO smoking, of any substance, inside the home or on the property. Guest agrees to pay fine to remediate smoke damage (min. $750).

Only 1 dog, preapproved with paid pet fees is allowed on the property. Any unregistered dogs will incur a $750 fine.

Must confirm guest count. Unregistered guests subject to a $50 per person per night fee without prior written authorization by the host or termination of your stay.

No events, parties, or large gatherings

This property requires stairs and bedrooms are not all on the same level.

This property adjoins WISP Resort. Owner and property manager are not liable for any related incidents or damage to personal property or related injuries.

Please be respectful of the neighbors by respecting quiet hours from 10pm-8am.

Security deposit will be required using a credit card "hold" and will be released within 72 hours of departure.

Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM and checkout time is 10:00 AM. Early check in and late checkout are available for $50/hour if arranged in advance (subject to availability).

Children are welcome (please note, the first floor is open from the second level. Owner takes no responsibility for children playing on top of railings or climbing over railings.

This property is on the Lodestone Gold Course. Owner and property manager are not liable for any gold related incidents or damage to personal property or related injuries.

NOTE: Your safety matters to us. Guest understands outside security cameras are in place for the monitoring of the house rules and any violations could incur additional fees. Cameras are pointed at all entrances and do not have any interior visibility. Cameras record both motion and audio.

NOTE: This cabin has two levels and requires the use of stairs to access all bedrooms and amenities.

NOTE: A $30 charge will be assessed for electric vehicle charging (per vehicle, per day) is using onsite electric to charge the vehicle.

NOTE: Accessing the cabin may require use of a 4WD vehicle in winter. We will not refund for any weather related issues.

Payment Policy

Reservation deposit due at time of booking equal to 50% off total fees. If booking within 30 days of arrival, your entire reservation balance is due at the time of booking. All reservations must be paid in full by 30 days prior to arrival. If your reservation still has a remaining balance 30 days before arrival, your reservation is subject to cancellation at any time until the payment if fulfilled. Security deposit "hold" of $500 is due 3 days prior to arrival.

Damage Deposit Policy

As a security deposit alternative, Houfy Protect, an upfront nonrefundable low cost property damage protection policy for just $5 per night, is taken at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

100% refund if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in MINUS non-refundable credit card fees.
50% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in MINUS non-refundable credit card fees.
No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in (except cleaning fee).
